Role Description

This is a full-time remote HR Intern position at Identicube. As an HR Intern, you will assist with key human resources functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee records, supporting personnel management initiatives, and coordinating activities related to employee benefits. You will also help conduct onboarding, assist in employee communication efforts, and contribute to fostering a productive and positive organizational environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
• Understanding of HR Management and Personnel Management techniques
• Familiarity with HR Policies and processes
• Awareness of Employee Benefits structures and practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Proficiency in HR software or related tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing it)
