Nexora Workforce is seeking enthusiastic HR Interns to support recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and HR administration in a professional remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of applicants.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in HR documentation and administrative tasks.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and college students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have access to a laptop and a stable internet connection.
