HR IT Recruiter Full Time NEW

We are hiring a Junior HR Recruiter to support day-to-day recruitment operations. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and screen candidates based on shared requirements
• Verify candidate details such as experience, skills, notice period, and compensation
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with senior recruiters
• Maintain and update candidate data in Excel trackers
• Support recruitment documentation and follow-ups
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruitment activities

Eligibility

• Candidates with 1+ year experience
• Interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
• Good communication skills in English is a MUST)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, filters, formatting)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a recruitment environment
