A fast-growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a dynamic, result-driven, and highly motivated HR Lead / Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment and build high-performing teams across Digital Marketing, AI, Creative, and Technology roles.
This opportunity is structured as a 60-day contract-to-full-time hiring challenge, designed for HR professionals who are confident in delivering real hiring outcomes. Based on your performance during this 60-day challenge, DOTMAPPERS IT PVT LTD may consider offering you a full-time HR Lead/Manager role.

We are hiring urgently, and only limited positions are available.
Role & responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing, AI, Creative, and Technology roles.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for suitable candidates.
- Focus on hiring immediate joiners and candidates who can join within short notice (less than 1 week)
- Use Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, job portals, and personal networks for sourcing.
- Download, organize, and maintain all resumes in proper folders based on role, experience, and candidate status.
- Maintain updated recruitment trackers for open positions, candidate pipeline, interviews, offers, joinings, and dropouts.
- Coordinate with department heads and leadership for hiring requirements, feedback, and closure timelines.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, follow-ups, offer coordination, and joining confirmation.
- Use AI tools and recruitment automation for sourcing, screening, follow-ups, tracking, and hiring efficiency.
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports covering hiring progress, pipeline status, closures, and pending actions.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Bring suitable candidates through referrals, professional networks, and active sourcing.
- From the second month, based on first-month deliverables, you may be allowed to hire your own interns or sourcing support team.
- Take complete ownership of hiring results, reporting discipline, candidate quality, and timely closures.

Eligibility Criteria
- 7 to 12 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- MBA in HR preferred(Top Tier Universities would be an advantage).
- Prior work experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
- Strong hiring experience for SEO, SMM, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, AI UI/UX Design, Web Development, AI Copywriting, Copy Editing, Video Editing, AI Engineering, and AI-related roles.
- Strong experience in hiring immediate joiners.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and sourcing tools.
- Mandatory experience or strong working knowledge of AI tools for hiring, recruitment automation, candidate screening, and follow-up workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to work from office and deliver hiring outcomes independently.
- Headhunting & Campus hiring experience is a must.

On successful completion of the 60-day challenge, and based on your performance, DOTMAPPERS IT PVT LTD may consider offering you a full-time HR Lead/Manager role with a structured compensation plan and long-term growth opportunity.
Performance-Linked Benefits & Incentives
You will be eligible for incentives for each successfully onboarded candidate, provided the candidate remains with DOTMAPPERS IT PVT LTD for a minimum of 30 days from their date of joining.
Incentive Structure:
Candidate Experience Incentive Per Successful Onboarding
1 to 3 years of relevant experience INR 20,000
3 to 5 years of relevant experience INR 25,000
5 to 10 years of relevant experience INR 30,000
10 to 15 years of relevant experience INR 40,000
For Freshers / Interns, the minimum mandate is to onboard 3 candidates.
If the onboarded candidate stays with the company for more than 90 days, you will be eligible for an additional 25% retention bonus on the applicable incentive amount.
Travel Allowance
You will be eligible for a daily travel allowance of INR 1,000 per working day.
To claim the travel allowance for the month, you must complete at least 1 successful onboarding in that month. The travel allowance will be calculated based on actual office attendance and paid at the end of the month, subject to meeting the monthly onboarding condition.
