60-Day Contract-to-Full-Time Hiring Challenge:
This role begins with a 60-day contract-based hiring challenge.
During this period, your performance will be reviewed based on:
On successful completion of the 60-day challenge, and based on your performance, DOTMAPPERS IT PVT LTD may consider offering you a full-time HR Lead/Manager role with a structured compensation plan and long-term growth opportunity.
Performance-Linked Benefits & Incentives
You will be eligible for incentives for each successfully onboarded candidate, provided the candidate remains with DOTMAPPERS IT PVT LTD for a minimum of 30 days from their date of joining.
Incentive Structure:
Candidate Experience Incentive Per Successful Onboarding
1 to 3 years of relevant experience INR 20,000
3 to 5 years of relevant experience INR 25,000
5 to 10 years of relevant experience INR 30,000
10 to 15 years of relevant experience INR 40,000
For Freshers / Interns, the minimum mandate is to onboard 3 candidates.
If the onboarded candidate stays with the company for more than 90 days, you will be eligible for an additional 25% retention bonus on the applicable incentive amount.
Travel Allowance
You will be eligible for a daily travel allowance of INR 1,000 per working day.
To claim the travel allowance for the month, you must complete at least 1 successful onboarding in that month. The travel allowance will be calculated based on actual office attendance and paid at the end of the month, subject to meeting the monthly onboarding condition.
