Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR & Operations Intern. The role will involve assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. The intern will also help with HR operations, including documentation, onboarding, and maintaining compliance with organizational protocols.

Collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient HR processes and operational workflows will be a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
• Skills in HR Management, including assisting with hiring, training, and employee engagement initiatives
• Understanding and ability to assist with drafting and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and work independently as well as in teams
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship or experience in HR or operations is a plus
