HR & Payroll Assistant Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Manager -Payroll for our Real Estate Group to manage payroll processing and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in payroll management, statutory compliance, attendance management, and employee records. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data. Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances. Prepare payroll reports and salary reconciliations. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate with employees regarding payroll-related queries. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 1–4 years of payroll experience. Knowledge of statutory compliances and payroll processes. Proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with HR One (HRone) software preferred. Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred: Immediate Joiners Salary: Best as per industry standards. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Work from Office) Location: Preet Vihar, Delhi.
