Job description Roles and Responsibilities

 Prepare and submit payroll Inputs to corporate team.

 On boarding formalities in HRMS tool and employee file preparation for newly joined

 Employee code creation and ESIC creation for all New joiner’s

 Initiating BGV for all new joiners

 Handling HRMS tool to maintain all employee records.

 Uploading employee data base in HRMS portal ( New Joiner details, Roster upload, Biometric data upload). Readiness preparedness

 Preparing for Quarterly audits  Respond to employee inquiries in Salary Helpdesk Desired Candidate Profile

 Interested in learning new things.

 Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills

 A team player with the ability to forge new partnerships that bridge people and organizations.

 Able to prioritize under deadline pressure

. – Candidates from Hyderabad will be preferred.

– Very Good communication in English, Hindi & Telugu – Should Have MBA/PGDM in HR Specialization
