Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to support our talent acquisition team. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, and building strong candidate pipelines across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools to identify talent
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or tracking sheets
- Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment/talent sourcing
- Exposure to bulk hiring or niche hiring
- Immediate joiners preferred
