Job Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition (US Staffing)

Location: Ranipur more, Haridwar
Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Night(6:30 PM – to 3:30 AM)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional HR Executive to join our team in Haridwar. This role will focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, with an opportunity to learn and work on US staffing requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to handle end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Communicate effectively with candidates via calls, emails, and messages
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in onboarding and HR coordination activities
• Learn and support US staffing/recruitment processes (training will be provided)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA in HR, or related field preferred)
• Strong spoken and written English skills (mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes (preferred but not mandatory)
• Willingness to learn and grow in US staffing and international recruitment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience

• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in HR/recruitment
