HR Shared Services Associate – Fresher

Corporate Office – Bangalore
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our HR Shared Services team. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee data management, documentation, coordination, and backend HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and follow-ups
- Prepare HR reports and trackers using Excel
- Assist in attendance, data management, and HR operations activities
- Ensure proper filing and record maintenance
- Support HR team in day-to-day backend activities
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic understanding of HR processes is an added advantage
- Hindi speaking skills are mandatory
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates must be fluent in Hindi
Preferred
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports
- Good organizational skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
