Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination and candidate communication
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Schedule interviews and manage hiring pipelines
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in onboarding and HR operations activities
- Work closely with hiring managers and the People team on various talent initiatives
