Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Surat for a Human Resources Associate. As a Human Resources Associate, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding, and handling employee records. You will also assist in developing and implementing training programs, support recruitment processes, and maintain communication between management and employees. Additionally, you will be involved in identifying ways to enhance organizational culture and improve HR processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources (HR) practices.
• Experience with Training & Development, including designing and executing learning programs.
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization.
• Understanding of labor regulations and ability to address employee relations matters effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
