Position: HR Vertical Head

• We are looking for an experienced and visionary HR Vertical Head to lead and build our HR division, including Recruitment, Manpower Solutions, Placement Services, and Learning & Development.
• The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to build systems and teams from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete HR vertical Develop recruitment and manpower strategies
• Handle client requirements and workforce planning Build, mentor, and manage recruitment teams
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, placements, and HR coordination Develop HR processes, systems, and operational structure
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams
• Support business growth through strategic HR planning

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR leadership, recruitment, or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of manpower solutions and HR operations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a startup and growth-driven environment
• Experience in building and scaling teams preferred .

Probation period – 3 months
