Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, Associate handbook that align with the company’s objectives and local laws and practices
Drive employee engagement Initiatives & Charter for defined for onsite locations and working through stronger employee connect and engagement.
Ensure employee relations issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner, including counselling employees and conducting investigations when necessary
Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations, including but not limited to labor laws, data privacy regulations, health and safety, and anti-discrimination laws
Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Enable people transfer process under local laws as and when needed
Undertake restructuring and related actions when situation arises
Work closely with recruitment, immigration and C&B as an HR subject matter expert
Required background:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Atleast 3 years of experience in any HR stream. Experience in Regional HR, C&B or Business HR is preferred.
Must for the individual to start the day at 5AM IST suit ANZ time zone
Must be willing to invest significant effort in acquiring knowledge of ANZ labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, terminations, and employee benefits
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Good organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
