Hiring: HRBP with OrgVue Experience | Hyderabad 🚨
We are hiring for an HRBP role with strong OrgVue and Workday exposure for our Hyderabad location.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
⏳ Experience: Relevant HRBP / Workforce Analytics experience
🕒 Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred
📌 Key Responsibilities:
* Become and own the single source of truth for organizational data (as-is and to-be) in OrgVue
* Merge, clean, and analyze large and complex workforce datasets
* Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy through validation rules
* Understand how data flows across systems and business processes
* Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations for key stakeholders
* Collaborate with project teams, P&O BPs, and business leaders for data validation and analytical requirements
* Maintain OrgVue data including uploads and downloads
* Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture real-time data changes and reflect them in systems
* Proactively identify and flag data inconsistencies and integrity gaps
* Manage deliverables within tight timelines while maintaining confidentiality
📌 Required Skills:
✔️ Hands-on experience in OrgVue
✔️ Good understanding of Workday and organizational data management
✔️ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience in workforce planning / organizational analytics is preferred
