Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative HTML Creator / Email Developer to join the Communications team at IES. This role is primarily responsible for designing and developing high-performing emailers for marketing automation campaigns. During non-peak campaign periods, the role will also contribute to graphic designing tasks, supporting various digital and branding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Email Development & Automation
Design and develop responsive HTML email templates for campaigns and automation workflows
Ensure compatibility across major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.)
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into effective email creatives
Optimize emailers for deliverability, performance, and user engagement
Graphic Designing
Support Create engaging creatives for social media, WhatsApp campaigns, banners, and ads
Proficient in tools – CDR/ Adobe Illustrator
Support branding and communication requirements with visually compelling designs Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in HTML & CSS (specifically for email development)
Hands-on experience in creating responsive email templates
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
