We are expanding our team and seeking talented professionals with strong HTML and document formatting skills to support our growing operations.

Position: HTML Typesetter / EDGARization Specialist

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals who have experience in HTML coding, document conversion, and typesetting. The selected candidate will be responsible for formatting and converting documents for SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) filings while ensuring compliance with EDGAR standards and maintaining exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Word, PDF, and other source documents into SEC-compliant EDGAR HTML files.
• Perform document formatting, typesetting, and styling according to client requirements.
• Review, edit, and validate HTML code for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and correct HTML coding errors and formatting inconsistencies.
• Format financial statements, tables, footnotes, exhibits, and reports.
• Conduct quality assurance checks before final delivery.
• Maintain document integrity and consistency throughout the filing process.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills

Essential Skills

• Good knowledge of HTML and HTML tags.
• Ability to read, understand, and correct HTML coding errors.
• Experience with Microsoft Word formatting and document typesetting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EDGARization and SEC filing processes.
• Knowledge of XBRL, financial reporting, or regulatory compliance filings.
• Experience working with Annual Reports, 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy Statements, and Registration Statements.
• Prior experience in document conversion, publishing, or financial document formatting.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with strong HTML knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• 1–5 years of experience in HTML coding, typesetting, document conversion, publishing, or EDGARization is preferred.
