Responsibilities
  • Mortgage Business Volume generation with HL & LAP mix.
  • Disbursement Target: To achieve disbursement targets as per budget which is based on market potential and UHF’s growth aspirations – Self and team both.
  • IRR, Fees and insurance.
  • Distribution management.
  • Collections 1 – 90.
  • Productivity: Monitor and drive FOS productivity.
  • Attraction and retention of Talent: Identify and recruit performers from the market as per budget projections.
  • Customer PD, engagement and retention.
  • Marketing activities in the location.
  • Co-ordination with HO for all portfolio related activities including operational, regulatory, audit, ratings amongst others.
  • Any other as business requires.
