Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hub Incharge based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Hub Incharge will oversee daily operations at the logistics hub, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, supervising staff, identifying operational improvements, and ensuring efficient workflows. Maintaining compliance with safety standards, tracking performance metrics, and resolving logistical challenges will also be key responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee daily operations and supervise staff effectively.
• Proficiency in logistics coordination, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges and enhance efficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams,rides and partners
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance in logistics operations.
• Experience with logistics and lastmile operations software and tools is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
