Role Overview
As a City Operations Manager, you will drive end-to-end operations for the Mumbai hub, including:
- Procurement & vendor management
- Inventory planning & warehouse coordination
- Order fulfillment & logistics management
- Team leadership & process governance
- Reporting, analytics & operational improvements
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient city operations while creating a strong people-first culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in healthcare/pharma/supply chain operations
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
- Experience managing teams and city/hub operations
- Good analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a startup-driven environment
