Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HubSpot Admin located in Panchkula. The role involves managing and optimizing the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring smooth integration with other systems, and maintaining data accuracy and hygiene. The HubSpot Admin will also oversee automation, reporting, workflows, and provide support for users, while ensuring that the CRM usage aligns with organizational goals. They will be responsible for generating actionable insights and contributing to process improvements across multiple business functions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and provide support to internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving to generate insights and improve CRM performance
• Experience in administrative assistance and CRM management, with extensive knowledge of HubSpot tools and modules
• Customer service skills to support CRM users and address inquiries efficiently
• Understanding of financial data and reporting tools within CRM systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with E-commerce operations is advantageous
