About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin Executive to join our dynamic team, supporting our Customer Support department during the night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM. This role serves as the primary administrative and HR contact for employees working during night hours, ensuring seamless daily operations, employee engagement, and workplace support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, approachability, and a proactive attitude, capable of managing both HR responsibilities and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant company culture while supporting our employees’ well-being and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; a Master’s degree is considered an advantage. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within the BPO industry, with a focus on US-based operations. Experience in handling employee relations, workplace concerns, and general administration is essential. Familiarity with travel management, facility coordination, and HR systems will be beneficial. The ability to work independently during night shifts, multitask effectively, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and HR tools is required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach are vital for success in this role.
