Human Resource Associate Full Time NEW

As part of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations and talent management across Retail, Corporate, and Warehouse functions. The role involves driving recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance and payroll inputs, HR compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless HR processes while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and delivering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment across Retail, Corporate, and Warehouse functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and fulfill talent requirements.
• Manage employee onboarding and induction processes, including documentation, to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
• Prepare and maintain employee-wise attendance and leave records for timely payroll processing.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leaves, benefits, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPFO, ESIC, Gratuity, and other labor law-related obligations.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communicate and educate employees on company policies, benefits, and HR processes.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, and workforce metrics.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and share insights to improve employee retention and hiring effectiveness.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably across Retail, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, attendance management, payroll inputs, EPFO, ESIC, Gratuity, and related compliance processes.
• Ability to present, analyze, and report HR data across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
