Job Summary:

GetStructured is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have basic HR knowledge, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
• Experience in HRIS software- Keka, GreytHr or any other
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and MIS reports
• Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and employee communications
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
• Handle HR queries from employees and provide timely support
• Support payroll inputs and attendance management (if required)

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
