Job Summary:
GetStructured is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have basic HR knowledge, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
- Experience in HRIS software- Keka, GreytHr or any other
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and MIS reports
- Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and employee communications
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Handle HR queries from employees and provide timely support
- Support payroll inputs and attendance management (if required)
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
