We’re currently hiring across multiple positions and are looking for a skilled Human Resource & Team Manager to help build and support our people, culture, and day-to-day team operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, creating structure within teams, and helping build a healthy, high-performing workplace. You’ll play a central role in managing HR processes while also supporting team coordination and office management as the company grows.

Role Overview

The HR & Team Manager will be responsible for leading people operations for the Bhubaneswar office — including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, policy implementation, and overall team well-being.

Along with HR responsibilities, the role will also involve light team management and coordination — helping teams stay aligned, supporting internal communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day collaboration across departments.

You’ll work closely with the founders and team leads to create a positive work environment, support hiring and retention, and ensure employees feel supported throughout their journey with the company.

This position is ideal for someone with 1–4 years of experience in HR, people operations, recruitment, office administration, or team coordination, and who is looking to take on more ownership and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management (Primary Responsibility)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding support
• Lead onboarding for new employees and ensure a smooth joining experience
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Support HR policies, employee guidelines, and workplace processes
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee-related queries, concerns, and support
• Help maintain a positive, healthy, and professional work culture
• Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, team outings, and internal events
• Support retention initiatives and help improve overall employee experience

Team Coordination & Office Management (Secondary Responsibility)

• Support daily team coordination across design, product, engineering, and media teams
• Assist team leads with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and internal communication
• Help ensure smooth office operations and day-to-day team workflows
• Track team availability, attendance, and coordination for internal planning
• Identify blockers or team concerns and escalate them proactively when needed
• Maintain alignment between teams and help improve internal communication

Client Support & Representation

• Support founders in hiring-related activities and internal team communication
• Occasionally join internal or external meetings when required for coordination purposes
• Professionally respond to queries from candidates, employees, or family members regarding the company, policies, and work culture
• Help represent the company culture positively during hiring and onboarding interactions

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in HR, people operations, recruitment, office administration, or team management
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and people management abilities
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Confident handling people-related conversations with professionalism and empathy
• A proactive, reliable, and ownership-driven personality
• Comfortable working onsite and independently managing HR responsibilities for the office
• High accountability, maturity, and integrity

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus, Not Mandatory)

• Prior experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, or people management
• Experience working with startups, creative teams, or tech/product companies
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or HRMS systems
• MBA / BBA / HR / Business Administration background preferred

Work Setup

• Role based in our Bhubaneswar office (on-site)
• Hybrid flexibility allowed as per requirements, but physical presence is expected during team hours, shoots, and key delivery phases
