Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Source and shortlist candidates from different platforms
• Conduct HR screening and initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain candidate and employee databases
• Assist in employee engagement and HR operations
• Handle communication with students, interns, and employees
• Support HR strategy and hiring campaigns
• Maintain professionalism and company culture

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment
• Confident in handling interviews and candidate interaction
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and hiring platforms is preferred
• Freshers and students can apply

Eligibility

• MBA / BBA / BCom / Any Graduate
• HR specialization preferred
• Final-year students and freshers are welcome
