About Role:
We are looking for a proactive and dependable 0-1.5 Years HR, who can manage end-to-end HR operations along with office administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of handling day-to-day functions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage employee lifecycle processes from joining to exit formalities
– Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and -onboarding
– Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases
– Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
– Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communication
– Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
– Support performance management and employee engagement activities
– Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations
– Manage overall office administration, including vendor coordination, office supplies, housekeeping, and facility management
Requirements
– 0-1.5 years of relevant HR and admin experience (Fresher with a keen interest are welcome)
– Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented approach
