Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter. The recruiter’s responsibilities include sourcing and attracting candidates for various roles, managing the full recruitment cycle, and building relationships with key internal stakeholders. The role also involves organizing and conducting interviews, coordinating with departments to align hiring needs, and leveraging recruitment tools and strategies to identify top talent. The Corporate Recruiter will also act as a brand ambassador for Simandhar Education, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills, including familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and networking tools.
• Expertise in screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and assessing candidates with an ability to identify top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship building with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Capabilities in process management, time management, and attention to detail for handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices, ensuring compliance and diversity in recruitment activities.
• Experience in campus recruitment or bulk-hiring initiatives would be advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
