Role Description

We are seeking a Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, identifying talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, staying updated on hiring trends, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate engagement and collaboration with hiring teams
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards
• Experience in employer branding, networking, and understanding recruitment market trends
• Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Analytical skills for assessing candidate qualifications and making data-driven decisions
• Experience in logistics or similar industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
