Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site human resources generalist role based at our office in Indore. The HR Generalist will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR functions, including employee onboarding, administering benefits, implementing HR policies, monitoring compliance, and maintaining employee records. This position will also involve actively contributing to employee engagement initiatives, recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle (recruitment to exit)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Conduct employee induction & training programs
- Implement and monitor HR policies & processes
- Manage employee engagement & retention activities
- Handle performance management (KPI tracking, appraisals, PIP)
- Address employee grievances & maintain healthy work culture
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and documentation
- Coordinate with management for organizational development initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions
- Experience in digital marketing industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of labor laws & HR compliance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience
- Experience in recruitment & employee lifecycle management
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
