Human Resources (HR) Associate in Bhopal Full Time

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.

Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment-related documents.

• Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
• Manage employee files, personal information, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality, security, and proper maintenance of employee records.
• Update employee information related to promotions, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
• Handle employee joining formalities and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and holiday records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payroll-related information and employee data updates.
• Generate and maintain HR reports, employee records, and HR MIS.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management.
• Support performance appraisal and review processes.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Maintain records of employee training programs and skill development initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
• Maintain HR documentation in accordance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Support audits and compliance-related documentation requirements.
• Manage employee exit processes and documentation.
• Conduct exit formalities and maintain separation records.
• Ensure proper closure of employee files and records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Relevant HR certification will be an added advantage.
