Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain proper follow-up with candidates.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and management.
- Candidate Management
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Offer & Onboarding Support
Assist in salary negotiations and offer roll-out.
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
Support the onboarding process.
