Key Responsibilities

- Handle onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring needs
- Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking
- Support employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
- Handle basic employee queries and HR support
