Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle by drafting job descriptions, sourcing suitable candidates, and publishing job vacancies on different job portals and online platforms.
- Review and assess resumes to identify and shortlist candidates whose qualifications, experience, and abilities match the organization’s recruitment needs.
- Carry out preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, explain job responsibilities, and assist candidates with the further recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and applicants to arrange interviews, ensuring the recruitment process remains smooth, systematic, and time-efficient.
- Keep recruitment data and records properly updated by maintaining candidate details, interview feedback, and hiring status, while also supporting onboarding activities and HR-related documentation.
