As a human resources (HR) intern at Universo Realtors, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR while working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR policies and procedures, and handling employee inquiries.
- Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
- Provide general support to the HR team as needed, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and participating in team meetings.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations.
