Responsibilities
As our HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s most important asset – our people. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers
- Administering benefits and compensation programs
- Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Providing HR support and guidance to employees and management team
