Role Description
This is a remote internship opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager Intern at MMKS Digital Marketing Agency. The selected candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and team coordination. The intern will play an important role in supporting organizational growth while helping maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Responsibilities
* Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities
* Post job openings on various hiring platforms
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
* Schedule and coordinate interviews
* Support onboarding and orientation processes
* Maintain HR records and employee databases
* Assist with employee engagement initiatives
* Coordinate with team members and department heads
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Support administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications
* Students and freshers are welcome to apply
* Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, or HR processes is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities
* Basic knowledge of HR tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
* Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment is a plus, but not required
* Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
