Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Office Assistant, based in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will manage daily HR administrative functions, assist with office-related tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment tasks, overseeing office supplies and equipment, and supporting internal communication initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and understanding of HR management processes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively handle correspondence and foster positive interactions with team members.
• Experience with administrative assistance and management of office operations.
• Ability to manage and maintain office equipment effectively.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient handling of tasks.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office; familiarity with HR management software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
