Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with team leads to understand hiring needs, maintaining a candidate database, implementing recruiting strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will play a key role in building a strong and talented workforce for the cafe’s continued growth and success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Knowledge of using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media for talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in workforce planning and collaborating with team leads to assess hiring requirements
• Placing the selected candidates in suitable place of accomodation
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions efficiently
• Ability to foster an inclusive and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Experience in the food and beverage or service industry recruitment is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
