Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Senior Manager/Manager. The selected candidate will lead and manage HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll management, policy development, and compliance. Responsibilities also include overseeing performance management systems, facilitating training and development initiatives, and partnering with department heads to meet organizational goals. The role requires fostering a positive workplace culture and driving strategic HR initiatives to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Expertise in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Training & Development
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Laws
• Experience in Payroll Management and Compensation & Benefits
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and foster a positive organizational culture
• Proficiency in HR technology and tools to streamline operations
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or co-living sectors is a plus
• Prior experience of working in a start-up will be preferred
