Role Overview
We are hiring a Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) Intern to support our hiring and recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for someone interested in HR, recruitment, and talent management who wants practical exposure to the end-to-end hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls when required
- Help improve recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain candidate records
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
