Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh for an HVAC Drafter. The HVAC Drafter will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed technical drawings and layouts for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. The role involves collaborating with engineers, reviewing design requirements, preparing shop drawings, and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for efficient installation and operation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC Drafting and Design, including creating ducting plans and other HVAC-related schematics.
- Experience in MEP Coordination to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Skill in preparing accurate and detailed Shop Drawings for project implementation.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their installation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment in Chandigarh.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software or similar drafting tools is preferred.
- Associate’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus.
