Job Description

Orbitmark Agency is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Call Centre Executives (ICCE) to join our growing US Travel Support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries related to airline ticket bookings, itinerary modifications, cancellations, refunds, and other travel-related services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to flight bookings and travel assistance.
• Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
• Make outbound calls for confirmations, follow-ups, and customer verification when required.
• Update customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and company SOPs.
• Meet individual and team performance targets related to productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure first-call resolution and maintain a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in US night shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Prior experience in BPO, Travel, Airline, or Customer Support processes is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
