Job Title
Illustrator & Customer Service Associate (Remote)
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Illustrator who can create and recreate high-quality hand-drawn artwork based on given samples. The ideal candidate should also have strong customer service skills with excellent English communication to interact with clients effectively.
This role is suitable for someone who is artistic, communicative, and willing to learn, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and recreate hand-drawn and digital illustrations based on provided samples
- Deliver high-quality artwork within deadlines
- Understand client requirements and ensure accurate output
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, or calls
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team and follow project guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong illustration skills (hand-drawn preferred)
- Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Customer service experience is an added advantage
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Experience
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Experience is not mandatory; training will be provided
Work Details
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)
- Work Mode: Remote (Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh)
Package -.40,000 to 45,000 INR per month
