Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, motion graphics, and engaging visual assets for brands across multiple digital platforms.

The role involves editing social media reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, ad films, promotional campaigns, and AI-assisted content. The candidate will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling visual stories that align with brand objectives and audience engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.
• Develop long-form video content for YouTube, brand campaigns, presentations, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Work on brand-led content, ensuring consistency in visual identity and storytelling.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for video creation, enhancement, voiceovers, subtitles, image generation, and content optimization.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to execute creative concepts.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and related editing software.
• Experience creating content for brands and social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of animation principles, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of social media content trends and platform-specific video formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with advertising agencies or brand marketing teams.
• Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video optimization.
• Experience with 2D animation and kinetic typography.
• Understanding of YouTube content strategies and audience engagement metrics.
