We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our plant operations team at Vasai – Gauraipada. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant HR activities and strong knowledge of labour laws.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end HR operations at plant level
Managing Admin, attendance, payroll coordination & statutory compliance
Ensuring compliance with labour laws and factory regulations
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Coordination with different departments for smooth HR functioning
🔹 Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Plant HR
Good knowledge of Labour Laws & statutory compliances
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a plant environment
