Job Description – Data Entry Operator (Timesheet Management)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to manage employee timesheet records on a daily and monthly basis. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining timesheet data to ensure timely payroll processing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enter and update employee timesheet data on a daily basis.

2. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, working hours, overtime, leave, and shift details.

3. Verify timesheet entries and coordinate with supervisors for any discrepancies or missing information.

4. Prepare and consolidate monthly timesheet reports for payroll processing.

5. Ensure all timesheet data is updated within defined timelines.

6. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to attendance and manpower utilization.

7. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Graduate / Diploma holder.

Fresher – 1 year of experience in data entry, attendance management, or timesheet processing.

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).

Strong typing speed and data accuracy.
