Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to support our legal team with USCIS form preparation and case management. This is a fully remote position requiring an individual who can independently and efficiently handle employment-based and family-based immigration matters with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in both family-based and employment-based immigration.
• Ability to perform all duties independently.
• Strong experience preparing and filing USCIS forms and immigration applications accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Fluent English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and professional writing.
• Resumes and application materials must be submitted in English.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience with Business Immigration cases (e.g., H-1B, PERM, EB-1A, EB-2, E-2, O-1, L-1, E-2, R-1, TN visa, etc.)
• Direct, hands-on experience with Family Immigration cases (e.g., I-130, I-485, I-765,I-131, I-129F, I-601A, DS-260, DS-160, etc)

Skills

• Strong proficiency in preparing USCIS forms without supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage a high-volume caseload.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working remotely and maintaining productivity in a virtual environment.
