Import Export Executive Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Import Export Executive role based in Jaipur. The Import Export Executive will manage end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation, shipment coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves working closely with logistics providers, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods. The individual will monitor shipment status, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records for audits and reporting. Daily responsibilities also include communicating with global customers and partners, addressing inquiries, and supporting process improvements in cross-border trade activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Import and Export operations, including documentation, compliance, and coordination.
• Experience in Import Logistics, including shipment planning, tracking, and working with freight forwarders and customs agents.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to manage internal stakeholders, external partners, and international clients.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or cross-border trade platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and basic customs procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ability to work with ERP or logistics systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
