Full job description
Key Responsibilities (IPQA – Pharma & Cosmetic)
- Line Clearance: Verifying cleanliness of equipment and removing materials from previous batches before starting new production.
- Real-time Monitoring: Checking critical process parameters (temperature, speed, pressure, pH, viscosity) on the shop floor.
- Documentation Review: Reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) in real-time.
- Sampling: Collecting samples during manufacturing/packing for quality control analysis.
- Non-Conformance/Deviation Management: Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects (e.g., mislabeling, incorrect packing) and initiating QC holds.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPs, and preparing for audits
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per year
